The delivery time starts from the day following the day on which the binding order was received, provided on the condition of receiving all documents that are needed for the delivery of the delivery/order.
In the event that the goods are in stock and the buyer does not require additional requirements (eg packaging, surface treatment, material division ...), the seller will induce the goods usually within 24 hours to the carrier, who then guarantees the delivery of the goods to the buyer within 24 hours during working days.
The seller may charge a reasonable fee for possible division of the material (cutting, cutting).For an order of oversized material/goods (length above 1.75m or weight above 30kg), the seller may charge a surcharge to the standard shipping company according to the current price list of transport companies (DPD, SDS, TopTrans).
In the case of sending goods on an irreversible wooden palette of 800 x 1200 mm, this pallet will be charged in full.The buyer will be refunded for this palette only in the case of its personal handover at the branch from which the palette was charged.
The goods that are sent to the buyer must be packed so as not to damage it.
In the case of specific packaging requirements (eg glass), an appropriate surcharge will be charged.
If it is a specific order, the buyer will require a written order confirmation from the seller.If the ordered warehouse goods in the current quantity are not in stock or it will not be possible to deliver within 5 working days, the seller shall notify the estimated delivery date.In this case, however, it will require the buyer's consent.The delivery time shall be deemed to be fulfilled in time if the goods are prepared at the place of performance to be handed over no later than the last day of the agreed or additionally agreed delivery time.
If the seller is unable to send the warehouse goods to the buyer within 30 calendar days (to give the first carrier to the first carrier for transport), he is obliged to return all funds spent by the buyer in the current order - the purchase contract, to his account without undue delay.
The Buyer is obliged to take the goods properly from the carrier, check the integrity of the packaging, the number of packages and, in the event of any shortcomings, immediately notify the carrier.The invoice and the tax document are attached to the goods.
